The interviewer called to do a pre-screening and set up an interview for me for later in that week. When I arrived at the store, I had to wait a while as they were understaffed and the interviewer was busy. When she was available, I was led into the offices where another employee was eating their lunch. Interviews are never ideal, but I found this a strange setup and was even left mid-interview in the office where computers, walkie-talkies, etc were sitting out in the open. I felt this was a disorganized store and was uninterested in further negotiations at that time.
