The interview process was great and the Customer Service Manager, who does all the hiring on the front end, was very polite and understanding with my availability because I was a student. She asked basic interview questions such as what my strengths and weaknesses were and what I could bring to the company. I think overall it was a fairly easy interview.

No set interview questions. First interview was 1:1. Was called back for second interview and hiring manager acted like I was unexpected. Interviewed by a group that day however. Was told I would receive a call by that Monday. Was not contacted until the following Wednesday.

Apply online then wait for a cattle call, once you have been interviewed, wait a few days (3) for a follow up phone call that will inform you whether you received the job or not.

I had one communication as in a phone call by the Assistant Store Manager, for an interview. And went in to talk to the Grocery Dept. Manager he asked some questions but later called me, and forwarded my application/interview to the Front End Dept. Manager who hired me as a Sales Associate.
