-Reached out by recruiter on LinkedIn -Recruiter phone screen -Recruiter asked me to do an exercise. -Never heard back from recruiter despite multiple follow-ups. Very Unprofessional behavior from the recruiter , expected better from the company of this size.

Entretien
Hiring process was lengthy which is obviously fine for senior positions. There was a test first on hanker rank and then there were around 4 interviews with senior people. All went well unless one of the interviewer who interviewed me and didn't recommended me eventually.
I don't have any problem with it but I want to provide feedback to the company's higher management so that they can improve the hiring process and don't loose right candidates only because of some inexperienced interviewer.
That guy don't knew much about interviewing. He was asking many stupid and irrelevant scenerio based questions and he was persistent on getting the exact answer he likes. He was not aware that scenerio based questions are subjective and don't usually have a fixed/right answer.
