I applied through LinkedIn and got a call from a senior recruiter the same day scheduling me for an interview. She did not specify who the interview was with or where it was at, just a google invite with a time. She did not specify anything.
When I applied for the job, the description did not mention anything about recruiting or being an hourly position. The head who took my interview was super mean and unprofessional. I understand its a small company and they need people who can wear multiple hats but do not assume that you can just straight up rude and tell candidates that you do not have skills and they will have to be trained. Obviously you need to train. A person would not know how your company works just from looking at the website or talking. WASTE OF TIME. Very unprofessional.
