Started with COO calling me for screening (very very odd for a Good company to start with). Went to the second round and been scheduled with CEO ( never experienced this before, talking to a Higher level position for feild support engineer role). Ofcourse the guy dint show up to the video interview. Waited on the call for several minuets, nothing. Sent an email to COO, no reply, no information on what happened. Found him on Linkedin and sent a message, on which he replied that he sent me an email explaining the reason why ceo dint show up, couldn't locate the email including in spam folder. Later got a call from "CEO", the interview went well and he said he was impressed. The coo followed up with an assignment to finish TCPDUMP related scripting. Told me to take 2-3 days to complete and scheduled me ahead for final interview. Worked really hard for 2 days and about to submit the assignment. Got an email at 9pm saying that they had a serious meeting and decided even though im the leading cadidate, they prefer someone with S/w experience. Also, they mentioned they realised the mistake on this job requirement and decided to drop down the role. Cant belive what i just read! Useless time spending interview with these guys/company. Please beware guys applying to this company. Lucky i dint get it! Cant see a career or future growth with this company
