I was contacted by the HR for a video interview very soon after I applied to the position on their company website. The interview took around 30 minutes and I was asked about my past experience and some behavioural questions. A pretty standard, normal interview. At the end of the conversation, I was told I would get an update in the following week if the team was interested to meet me. Everything was normal until I found out the news that they promised to give was never coming. I sent an email to HR around two weeks after the first interview to follow up but never got a reply either. Apparently I was ghosted. Quite disappointed with how this company treats candidates with minimal respect.
