The India team engineers and management couldn't be bothered to show up to the interviews. They said they had another meeting. Imagine having to work with people like that! I hope it's worth it for Flyhomes, saving some money by offshoring.

Technical interview using Karat so the people you talk to are independent 3rd party interviewers. Many questions involving general coding knowledge and some more specific to Javascript. The coding question was fairly challenging and took some time to understand thoroughly. I would recommend making sure to talk through the question to make sure you answer it before trying to answer.
