Multiple rounds of video calls. Very conversational and laid back. Staff was knowledgeable and directed the conversation well to determine cultural fit. There was confusion typical of a small fast moving company during the interview process with one person reaching out to schedule the next round of right after another interviewer emailed a rejection message.
