My candidate experience was one of the worst experiences I ever had. I was always treated as a second choice, and once the team onboarded the candidate they wanted to, I was thrown away with a generic template email. After a test and three interviews, a ghosting period of more than 2 weeks followed, with unprofessional excuses such as "I was on leave", after I asked about the following steps.
Flutter went from a company I wanted to be part of, to a company I'm positive I'll never apply again, and not recommend to anyone I know. It was frustrating, time wasting, and above all, very unprofessional.
