Full 9-5 of an assessment centre, interview and group task. Interview was casual but group task was high pressure environment working with around 6 people and then presenting back to a large audience

It Was very effective processing and easy to do the process. Through Hireview, mostly Competency based questions. As for a graduate job, mostly about team work and situational questions. But as doing on online, It has pros and cons. If you are familiar with the website, it would not be a problem. However there is always something happen.
