The initial contact went over recruiter. Few days later, phone interview has been scheduled and I did not receive any call at scheduled time. Recruiter call them to remind about the time slot and they came back with 40 minutes delay. Interview was very weird, without concept, seems like technician from Flowtraders was not really ready and my feeling told me that he called just to meet the form and get this done. I can say this because I did interviews with candidates several times and can easily swap positions. 25 minutes of chat when I spoke >20 minutes and final feedback was that "interview was not at the expected level". Very weird, never had anything similar but this tells that company is not really serious.
