Interviewed with the hiring manager, head of recruiting & a sales leader. A bit of a very drawn out process IMO and was recommended to the role by two other marketing leaders. Each round took a very long time to move through the process which was a red flag to start, but went through the interview process to honor those who recommended my name. I have industry experience for 10+ years leading marketing in this space with multiple exits and received no feedback on why we didn’t move forward. We also had an interview with a mid level sales manager where this role didn’t even line up(enterprise focused role; but the junior sales manager was focused on SMB, very odd). Walking away from that conversation you could tell this company was disorganized from a GTM side of the business. Very disappointing process.
