The interview was for a position with the St. Andrew and St. Joseph Bay Estuary Program. When offered interview slots, I was asked to fill out a two page long response to a questionnaire which took me several hours. This seemed kind of silly to me considering that this is job that pays a somewhat low wage for a job that is seeking a master's degree and experience. I sent them a followup email and they never emailed me back unless you count the boilerplate email from HR. When I looked them up I saw that they hired someone who had direct experience working on a model of the estuary so I'm not sure why they even wasted my time by interviewing me anyway.
