I found the job ad on LinkedIn, indicated as Content Editor. I applied and I got invited to do a test. The test was quite long and the company sent it to me on a Friday afternoon and wanting it back by Monday morning. A very short time frame and on a very short notice ... However, I did the test and I got invited to a personal interview. As I was still in Germany during the interview, I was interviewed via Hangout. The girl who interviewed me was nice and I got a positive picture as the interview was professional and the questions were appropriate. The plan was that I will come by for a personal meeting one week later, when I will be in Barcelona. However, the company never sent me an email (although they said so). I found the same job ad (the one I applied for - just copy paste!!!!) on LinkedIn again, only with a different job title, now called "Copy Specialist" and with Mid-Senior Level.... In my opinion, the company is not working professional and it seems that the management is constantly changing their minds (so everything which is stated here in Glassdoor seems to be 100% true). I read all these negative experiences with FloraQueen and I thought I still give it a chance, hoping they are actually reading was is written here and that they are trying to chance something... however, I was taught better.
