The process started on a positive note but unfortunately ended quite poorly. 1. Recruiter Interview 2. Hiring Manager Interview 3. Panel Interview (3 separate interviews with team leaders that I would have been interfacing with) 4. Executive Interview w/ c-suite member (re-org happened and role got cancelled before this interview) After the panel interviews, which I thought all went quite well, I didn't hear anything back for multiple weeks. I followed up weekly until I ultimately was told that they were pretty much doing away with the entire team I was interviewing to be a part of. After this, they asked if I wanted to be considered for another (less exciting and lower paying) team and role. I said sure, but by then I think they already had another candidate in mind. I was more upset about them wasting 3 months of my life just to tell me the role no longer existed. Also, in-between each step there was literally 2 weeks of radio silence. The whole process ended up dragging out for an entire quarter. Super frustrating.
