My CV was forwarded by a current employee I met on LinkedIn. A few days after my CV was forwarded, I received an email from HR in Münich saying they wanted to interview me. I scheduled an interview for the following week with location directions. These were to the old offices, but luckily the new offices are down the street and I was not late to my interview. It was a bit hectic as they had just moved into the new office but I was interviewed by department heads. They were very nice and welcoming, and invited me to a second interview. The second interview was with the team lead (usually this order is reversed) and was offered the job at the second interview!
