It was for Online Marketing working student position and manager in the department asked very detailed and job specific questions. As a working student we only assist the team and do not make actual work but questions were highly intense and made no sense
Process was very nice. Focused more on soft skills and problem solving which was vital for the role. No long interview process which was refreshing from other working student interviews I have had.
