For the first round, a prompt was released and we were supposed to submit a six pager deck on that. The shortlisting was done solely on the basis of deck submission. The shortlisted candidates were assigned buddies which helped them prepare for further interview rounds. The interview round consisted of guesstimates, root cause analysis and HR questions.

First round - Root cause analysis Second round - design thinking Third round - One on one interview The first round is a product case along with a guesstimate and the duration for this is 30 minutes. This was a campus placement interview procedure.
