Flipkart came to my university for recruitments. It offered supply chain role in operations to most branches. There were 3 rounds, one line test and 2 interviews.
Each round was an elimination round. The first interview was technical (CV based), the second interview was HR interview.
Questions d'entretien [3]
Question 1
What is your favourite subject in engineering? how would you apply that in supply chain?

It was a campus recruitment and whole process was called Neev Internship Program.
It started with PPT(amazing ppt), followed by amcat online test consisting of lot of topic like people management, critical reasoning along with normal quant and DI.
Very few students were shortliesd from the test (only 6).
And from here process was like off campus, as flipkart was directly coordinating with the students.
They had asked few CV questions and some situational based questions in regards toh warehouse operations, I really felt, I had answers each and every questions very wisely.
I personally felt they don't have any specific judging criteria for this is role, bit of luck plays major role here.
If you have engaged in different college clubs and societies and managed some teams of junior, that would be golden topic for the discussion.
Thereafter, one short HR Discussion round was there in which they are asking about the preferred location and department.(I'd say it was formality round, R-1 is the deciding round).
In our institute result was really random and unsatisfactory, as per the feedback of all the students.
If your interviewer would be from top B-School, don't worry your feedback would be fair.
