HR recruiter contacted me for Technical Phone Screening followed and Once I have cleared the first round it follows three rounds of on-site interviews by the associate director of the Eastern zone and HR and senior manager.

Flipkart HR reached out to me for an interview. Gave me all the details of the 7 rounds that I'd need to go through to get an offer. Screening was scheduled for 1st October 2021 with an HR which was very generic where she told about the new team which was being set up & a detailed view of my profile. Lasted 30 minutes where she told me to have patience for further communication because of the festive season all panels were busy with their BAU deliverables. Followed up with the HR on email several times regarding the feedback & further rounds (if any); got 0 response. After 3.5 months, received an automated email that the profile didn't meet the cut.
