It was supposed to be a 1 day process with 6 rounds. The first interviewer arrived late and so I had to go back the second day.
Out of the 6 rounds, 4 rounds I can say that it was challenging and interviewers were good.
One interviewer came in just to find loop holes in my answer. He was not interested in having a conversation but preferred an interrogation instead.
One interviewer expected me to understand their existing requirement and come up with a perfect design or a design which they had already implemented and all this in 50 minutes.
My interview at flipkart for the Engineering Manager role was structured and insightful. The panel was professional, asked relevant technical and leadership questions, and created a comfortable atmosphere. It was a positive and growth-oriented experience overall.

One key question they asked was: "How do you balance technical leadership with people management in a fast-paced environment?"
It tested both strategic thinking and practical experience—something crucial for an Engineering Manager role.

Entretien
A total of 5 rounds. First round is problem solving and second round is system design round. Third round is product knowledge and business outlook. Followed by Hiring manager round and HR rounds.

First round is Problem solving. Asked to design google maps, especially when we zoom in and zoom out in satellite view. Second round is around system design. Asked too many questions on micro services, database choices etc.
