Two telephonic rounds, 4 F2F rounds in a single day.
It appeared to be a fake interview.. as candidate must have been already recruited from their connections or 'chela parties'.
These folks only want IIM \ IIT folks at leadership positions, but to show a fair evaluation process.. waste other peoples time.. collecting headcount.
If you are applying self \ general category - please dont waste time here..

Interview is organized very professionally by meeting in f2f, however these guys don't know exactly what to get in the candidate. If you have too much budget and too much time to waste then appear for Flipkart interview. I would recommend world is open and there are many better places and better executives role open to go for rather joining Flipkart, where every executive think they are the best in the industry. They don't understand candidate experience properly and make judgement. Therefore, try somewhere else!
