There were 3 rounds after which I was told that I was selected, and my offer letter was supposed to be sent that evening. Nothing came, 3 days passed. Then when I called them to check, they suddenly told me that there’s a new process where every employee has to take a personality test. I took it too. They didn’t respond for two weeks and upon contacting them, they said, “you didn’t make it.” Then, suddenly I got a call two weeks later and they said we have reconsidered your candidature and you’re selected please join from Nth day.
