Initially a recruiter reached out after I applied through the website. We scheduled an intro call, which went well as far as scheduling, and followed up with a video interview. Before I go any further I'll add that it's clear that this company is growing rapidly to say the least. A key to success is to control that growth and keep hiring standards high. Were there a few hiccups during the process? Yes. But after interviewing with many other companies I can honestly say that Flexport's process was incredibly organized after all is said and done. After the video interview I met with the team and then after a few more follow up calls was extended an offer. The interview questions were intelligently curated to identify job fit, and the interviewers were very transparent. If you are ready to work hard, learn, have fun and are truly interested in changing an entire industry then you should do just fine. Kudos to everyone involved; this was a great first impression to the company.
