The technical interview happened at the Flexera Bangalore office. They had organised it well and provided breakfast, lunch and a bag of goodies. The interview itself however, was disappointing. There were 10 different interview panels and all were asking varying levels of questions with varying levels of difficulty. So to rank all on the basis of marks given doesn't make sense as it is highly subjective. Cleared the technical round and made it to HR but had to wait over a week to find out about the result of the interview and there was no communication in between saying they will be announcing the results later (The had promised results the next day).

Online Test (from home): The process began with an online test that I completed from home. It was the first stage, designed to filter candidates based on aptitude and technical skills. Interview at the Office: After clearing the test, I was invited to their office for the next rounds. The day started with a Group Discussion (GD), where communication skills and confidence were evaluated. Technical Round: Those who performed well in the GD moved on to the technical interview. Here, each candidate was assessed individually on problem-solving, subject knowledge, and practical application. This round was eliminative, meaning not everyone progressed further. HR Round: Only a select few who cleared the technical round were called for the HR interview. This stage focused more on personality, cultural fit, and career aspirations. Final Results: After all rounds were completed, the results were not announced immediately. Instead, they were sent via email a few days later to the shortlisted candidates.
