had a positive and well-structured interview experience that took place over the course of about four weeks. The process included four stages spread across one month, and throughout each step I was treated with professionalism, clarity, and respect.

4 rounds, 3.5 hours total. 1 HR Screening, 1 manager interview, 1 technical interview, 1 final interview. They ghosted me after the final round which is unacceptable after sending multiple thank you emails and spending hours preparing for the interviews themselves. I would've been fine with just a generic thank you but we've selected another candidate email, but they don't even have the decency for that. Very unprofessional.
