I applied for this role via Cord. The recruiter was quick to reply and we setup an introductory call.
Phone screen:
Talked about general experience and motivation to switch. I was also asked 3 easy python questions to test the basic skill level
Interview #1 with Lead Developer
This was a pair-programming session. I was asked 2 questions (easy-med) and had to write the code for my solution. This session was mainly to see how you approach and problem and solve it. There was also a general chat before the questions and some high level questions about some python OOP concepts.
Interview #2 with another developer
This was another pair programming session, but more focused on OOP concepts. There was just one question asked but after every time you write the solution, they add one level of complexity.
Interview #3 with Engineering Director and Engineering Team Lead
This was an interview to discuss my past experience and skills. Also what my goals and motivation was to switch jobs. It was nice. I was given to opportunity to ask questions.
Final interview #4 with the CTO/Co-founder
Similar to interview #3 . The guy was very nice.
Everyone throughout the interview process was very kind and nice to speak with.

Entretien
I had an interview with a technical recruiter. He asked about my degree for a bit before giving me three Python questions that I got right. He then asked about scheduling another interview the next week, but nothing ever materialised. I've emailed the recruiters I was speaking to several times but received no response or feedback whatsoever...
