Easy, just asked about previous roles and job functions. 3 round of phone interviews. The last round was very perfunctory. First round was with direct manager, last two rounds were with people tangential to my role.

Interviewer not prepared. Did not read the resume prior to interview. Only during interview that she found out that I was from another industry. Showed no interest throughout the entire interview. Was yawning throughout and walk out to make a call.
Applied for the job advertised in a newspaper. After a week was called for an interview. Environment was convenient and friendly. Perceived well organized structure.
