That was a good day in interview where the recruiter was clear and the questions were crisp
The timeline was good . The location was centralised . It was for multiple positions
team management skills were monitored . Senior management involved in the hiring
recruiter screening then three separate one person interviews on zoom, all were director or senior director level, no in person interview, no panel interview, no testing, follow up with recruiter, no second round
The interview process was good. There were a total of three rounds of interview. However i would say it took a very long time to complete the entire process. Since I'm from a niche department this may not.be applicable otherwise.

firstly with Hiring manager, follow by session Head, last interview with key stakeholder. Interview via Zoom video , and all interviews scheduled and completed within 2 weeks.
HR follow up is promptly after each interview. Overall the process is clearly explained.
