J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Flex en mars 2010
Entretien
It wasn't much of an interview but more like a job briefing as they needed people to start immediately the next day. However, it means that they recruit operators with no job experience and without finding out the person's background or attitude before employing them, resulting in the company looking for temporary staff and they always have lack of workers because people join and leave so easily.
J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez Flex (Cork) en nov. 2025
Entretien
Interview with a woman. She ask me about my last job and way I know to do.
She told me the schedule and salary, holydays and all about de job I have to do like operator
Spoke with the recruiter over the phone and then conducted a video interview with the floor supervisor. They didn't ask me too many technical questions and were mainly behavioral. The whole process took around 25 days.

Question 1
They asked me whether or not I had medical manufacturing experience for which I did not. Training was great and I've been using it since.
The process was awful. The shifts are only 12 hour shifts and they do not go by proper safety methods to check their product before producing parts. Management is the absolute worst I have ever seen
