Morning interview, location easy t to find. Asking standard question and standard SOP. The process is smooth and everything ended within 1 hour. HR is polite and professional enough. Hiring manager also act professionally.

Firts interview with 1 hour with the HR manager and 1 hour with the Area Manager.
HR asked many things related on the resumè, part of the interview is in English.
Area Manager starting from the resumè asked technical questions related to the field of study.

Entretien
Initial contact was by phone inviting me for a phone interview with the Engineering Manager. The conversation was polite, friendly, and specific to experience directly related to position and responsibilities being interviewed.of the position.
Phone interview was with the Director of Engineering. Similar questions were asked by Engineering Manager.
In house interview was one-on-one with the Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, then a group interview with Senior Project Engineer, Program Manager, and Design Engineers. Subject matter were based upon experience and application with each area of expertise.
