J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Flex (Toronto, ON) en juill. 2012
Entretien
Six one to one interviews with the leaders of the organization, mostly at the VP level. The interview started at 10AM and finished by 4PM, with the hiring manager taking me out to lunch. The process was straightforward and very professionally managed. Each interviewer asked me different types of questions and hence I was not made to repeat my answers. The interview panel ranged from SW to BSP to HW and Top Management.

Interviewed at the Americ Center HQ and never saw the Milpitas facility which frankly is a sweat shop. The person who recommended me opennly told me not to accept the job and I thought he was kinding. After two weeks, I found out that he was honest and truthful.
Accepting this position was a mistake on my part.
