The Recruiting officer called me and scheduled an interview. On arrival I had my first round with HR and was probed for my general understanding of sales (telephonic) & my background & why I chose Fleming. The next round was an activity where I was given an events agenda (+5 mins) and asked to share its key sell points. Later, I was asked to take the same agenda home- prepare all the selling Points as well as research on potential delegates & clinets and come back to pitch with my report.
