After my resume qualifications were reviewed, I went through an initial 4-hour written test (writing, campaign strategy, etc) to determine if I was appropriate for a face-to-face interview session. After passing the written process, I was contacted for a full day of interviews with upper level executives. The whole process was rather exhausting as they truly put me through the paces in all the key areas (PR execution, strategic thinking, leadership, person-to-person communication, problem solving, personality). I was actually a bit wiped out after each round but loved the process as I felt challenged to push myself harder than ever before for a job interview process.

It was two rounds - the first with a Partner and the practice lead. Then it was a panel presentation with four people from the team where I presented. The task was to review a brief of a former client and come up with a paid, earned, social and owned strategy.
