J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Flatiron Health
Entretien
Easy application + a few tasks to prove I could type and knew oncology. Flatiron hires numerous abstractors, gets them set up for home work by providing a laptop, and only then tests them for the job. You are tested on two subject areas and let go if you don't pass at least one test. Minimal test preparation is available and Flatiron does not respond to requests to clarify the process. I think this is how they get around hiring non-CTRs as abstractors. Disappointing, cumbersome process.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The interview is easy - really just an on-boarding conversation. It's the actual abstracting tests that determine your actual continuing employment that are a pain.
J'ai passé un entretien chez Flatiron Health (Londres, Angleterre)

It was a fairly quick interview to begin with. They asked about T (tumour size), N (nodal involvement), M (metastasis) staging, and a specific cancer group. I would recommend learning about a specific cancer type and know the details.
No formal interview after your application is approved. You are approved for the job and then have a scheduled phone call to ask questions pertaining to your role. The phone interview does not have implications on your hiring status.
Perfect interview...not like most who ask stupid questions...this more if a conversation than an interview. One of the best interviews I have ever had. Wish all interviews were like this.
