Applied online. It took about a week to get a call interview, quite easy and people development focused. After that I had to wait another one or two weeks for a similar interview with one of the Operation Managers. Trial shift was not well organised though, GM responsible for hosting not on site and management unaware of my CV or knew what I was there for. They asked cold/indifferent, didn't interview me and just put me to shadow/run a section as a former Bar Manager during a decent lunch. Terrible experience

I was left to sit at look at the back of their laptop for 10 minutes while they “sent emails”. Then I was told they couldn’t understand my accent (English is my first language). They had no interest in the interview which was clear from the start. They just gave “uh-huh” responses to me. It was cold, rude and disengaged. Didn’t even offer me a glass of water. They need serious development in their recruitment process!
