1st round with HR/talent was good and felt like a nice intro to the company, The 2nd round was with a snide middle manager (Who has now seemingly left) who would smirk whenever an answer she didn't understand was given. I would avoid applying if you understand things on a conceptual/idea level and don't like being managed by middle management who only understand linear thinking and wouldn't touch lateral thinking with a 10-foot barge pole
