One of the best interview processes I've had. Very down to earth and friendly team. Very intense and gruelling, I had 3 coding rounds and a couple of system design round followed by a behavioral interview. Felt like everyone was on the ball and they seem very mission focussed.

1 screening call from the recruiter, pretty standard.
First round was an algorithmic coding round. It wasn't LeetCode, but it was hard! (they really care about how you deal with changing requirements) I couldn't solve it and got rejected. Not sure what comes after that.

First 30 min call with the CTO - they're very transparent on the culture and values as well as roles and responsibilities of the role.
Then I had two coding rounds. One Behavioural round, followed by a system design round. They setup another final API design round. Followed by a final call with both the founders.
