A friendly interviewer, and I was offered the job at the end of the interview. However, the negative experience comes with what happened due to him not explaining the job as thoroughly as I wish he would have, or asking important questions. He didn't ask me if I had my license, and didn't inform me that I needed one for the job. It was a very uncomfortable first day when I realized I needed to drive the cars, and I had no license. I told the manager that interviewed me that I wasn't able to drive, and he said he assumed that I had my license because it is a car place. I felt very foolish and embarrassed for not thinking to ask them that initially in the interview, but I needed work and knew very little about the job. Maybe it isn't very wise to make assumptions when hiring new employees.
