Very positive experience all around. I applied in March 2022 and received an email in mid-April about scheduling a phone screening with a Disney recruiter. The recruiter was very friendly and just asked a few general questions to see if my skills matched the position. I had a Zoom interview with two people on the team later that week, where we discussed the role responsibilities more in-depth, as well as projects I've worked on, my interest in the company, and what I want to do in the future.
