They took me in for a first interview, then I had to come back in to work on the line for an hour as a "real job preview", then I had to come back again to fill out an orientation packet for an hour and a half.

They asked if I knew what it meant to have a sense of urgency.
Pretty chill' easiest interview ever,
Ask about who you are and what you like always looking staff who can be available all the time, asks why do you want to work there and about availability

Entretien
Trial shift for 2 hours. Shown around various parts of resturant. Shown how to clean the resturant and how to make the food, focusing on preparing and dressing the burgers.
Interviewer asked me basic questions about myself. She then talked about her experience working in the industry. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and was easy. Basically a get to know you type of interview.
