Just applied online and about a week later one of the hiring managers called me and asked me a couple questions and asked me to come in the next day to fill out paper work and get the uniform, etc. She didn't ask me to come in for a formal interview so I thought that was pretty weird. But overall, it was a surprisingly easy "interview".

The process was incredibly straightforward. They only asked me five questions, and I was hired a week later. The onboarding process, along with the hiring process, is usually quite simple.

The interview was easy just be charismatic and be able to talk a little bit about your work experiences. You don't need to practice for this interview since there are no technical questions.
