I applied online. I got a phone call 5 days later and was hired on the spot. The manager took me back Into the stock room, asked me a few questions and pretty much went over the position I applied for before offering me a job and giving me a day to come in and start my training. It was very laid back, nervous for no reason at all.

The interview was easy just be charismatic and be able to talk a little bit about your work experiences. You don't need to practice for this interview since there are no technical questions.
