J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fishman Public Relations (Chicago, IL) en oct. 2016

Applied online and took a personality test. Followed by a "phone screening."
I applied for this job despite the awful reviews on Glassdoor. I shouldn't have. I was called on the pretense that I was having a phone screening/interview. Instead, the co-owner of the company, Sherri Fishman called to tell me how I wasn't qualified for the job and had no experience. Except I did. She failed to ask me a single interview question. Regardless, a "thanks but no thanks" email would have sufficed and been much more professional. She was condescending and rude, but offered to mentor me..? I have never experienced anything like it. I could not get off the phone fast enough.

Pretty unprofessional interview experience. I had an interview with Fishman a few months back and was a bit on edge during the call due to interview reviews I had read on glass door prior. I had provided multiple resources (resume, CV, personal webpage) to exemplify my experience, yet was rejected mid interview and told that I would not succeed in this role due to lack of experience. As a new grad, that was a degrading experience for a role I was excited and well-prepared to interview for.
