I applied for this job on Linkedin. Received a call from the HR department almost 2 weeks later. She signed me up for a telephone interview with an HR manager. The telephone interview was two days later. It took only 20 mins. The person was quite nice and eased my stress. It was more like a chat than an interview. He explained to me about Fisher Investments and about the role I applied to in particular. I did not pass the telephone interview stage.

After I sent my resume to the company, I have been called twice by one of the recruiters to talk about my background and motivation. After couple of weeks, I have unfortunately received a negative response from the company.
