Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fisher Investments (Vancouver, WA) en avr. 2010
Entretien
Spoke to initial interviewer on the telephone after submitting resume online. She was very nice and asked simple questions mostly about my work experience. She then set an appointment to talk to an IC in Vancouver. He was easygoing but asked more in depth questions, like my understanding of the job, Fisher Investments, etc. Only problem is that neither one would talk $. The IC I spoke to made it sound like it would get hired for sure, if not as an IC something lesser so it was weird to get the thx but no thx email a few days later.

It was fairly drawn out and long. It seems they really need you to fit just one mold, and are determined to weed you out if you can't. Overall I would prefer a little more freedom in how I conduct myself.
