You fill out your application on the computer. There is a typical call center skills test, and a personality test. Then you interview with a manager who tries to make certain you're strong enough for handling angry customers, followed usually the same week with a job offer from the recruiter. Typical drug screen and background checks follow.

I had one online interview, it was very easy, asked me couple of competency questions and offered me the job soon. I don’t know the process now but they always used to hire many candidates

Group interview, then solo. Felt out of place at first but the company wanted to be upfront and maybe "weed out" people who weren't interested in the lower pay and work load. The solo interview was a series of questions that were about my past experience and how I would handle an irate customer.
