I received a phone call from a person who was from the recruitment division and she described the job to me and asked me if I would be interested. When I asked if there were any questions for me she said no as by the look of my CV she felt I would be right for the job. It was a telephone appointment.

Questions were shared ahead of the interview so I was prepared. Interview took about 15 minutes. Interviewer was calm but not conversational. Asked questions on empathy, listening and difficult customers then teamwork. I passed the interview and worked for about 6 months.
