Over the phone initial screening and in person interview. Why did you leave your last job. How do you handle stress and what do you do. When can you start
All was done via Microsoft Teams, except the first call from HR, and did not last more than an hour. I went through a few rounds of interview to confirm I was the right fit for the department.

Entretien
Submitted resume through a former coworker. Two weeks to hear back, met with HR recruiter and HR Director for first interview. Second interview was scheduled for two days later with Sr. VP of Finance. Took accounting and excel tests before 2nd interview. Basic questions. Drug screen and back ground check were after offer.
