Over the phone, 1st round, the in house local in NJ emailed me first and expressed interesting via seeing and reviewing my resume, cover letters and recommendation letters. We then sent up a phone interview for the following week. In which h he gave me an exact time and date for when he would call. In which he did a d was very professionally, straight to the point, no messing around. At the end of the approximate 20 minute call, he discussed that he would get back to me the following week, to proceed to round 2 of the interview process.

Pleasant , very easy to communicate with virtual as well as in person. The process was straightforward and easy. Everyone was very nice. Clear communication from Katie during the virtual and with her follow up as well. Office is easy to find. Dress professional.

It was a very disheveled and unprofessional process. I would not recommend. They logged in late from their car. So unprofessional and not prepared for interview. It was very very uncomfortable.
